CrossFit Kenosha is not your typical gym. At CrossFit Kenosha every workout is under the supervision and guidance of a certified trainer. Achilles/Calf Stretch on squat racks
10 Pushups
Creeper Stretch

Goddess Pose

*Hold each stretch for roughly 30-45 seconds

*Partner holds (95/65) at the top of a deadlift
while the other works. Anytime one breaks, the
other partner must also break.
