Weightlifting Sunday's
400m jog as a class

Station 1:
15 Band Pull Aparts
10 Ring Rows
15 Band High Pulls
10 Pushups

Station 2:
30 sec. goddess pose
10 light goblet squats
30 sec couch stretch each leg
20 green band march
Skill Work
Power Snatch (6 x 3)
*Go as heavy as possible matinitaining proper movement
Drop and reset between reps
Metcon (AMRAP - Rounds and Reps)
14 min AMRAP

10 Snatch
10 Clean + Jerk
40 DU (Singles x2)
*Pick a weight that you will use for both movements, but is easy to keep moving consistently
The snatch will be the limitator in how much weight you use
Comp WOD
Metcon (No Measure)
Row or Assault Bike for 20-40 mins
*Complete this at a conversational pace. This is very important to
flush out the body and assist with recovery
