One partner rows 800m while the other works through the following
Achilles/Calf Stretch on squat racks
10 Pushups
Creeper Stretch
10 Strict Press
Goddess Pose
20 Air Squats
*Hold each stretch for roughly 30-45 seconds
Metcon (AMRAP - Rounds and Reps)
25 min AMRAP

100 WBS (20/14)
*Partner holds (95/65) at the top of a deadlift
while the other works. Anytime one breaks, the
other partner must also break.

Run 400m (Both partners)

50 Push Press (95/65)
*Partner holds push up plank position while the
other partner works.
