Active Dynamic
- Knee Hug / Quad Pulls
- High Knees / Butt Kicks
- Lateral Lunge / Spiderman
- Prison Walks / High Leg Kicks
- Scorpion / Arm Circles

Movement Prep
3 Rounds
- 10 Squats
- 10 Push-Ups
- 10 Ring Rows
12 Min EMOM

If you came on Wed and/or Thur, then:

- Row 40 seconds on and 20 seconds off each minute.

If you did not come on Wed or Thur, then:

- 3 Front Squats @ 65-70% of 1RM
Metcon (AMRAP - Rounds and Reps)
Death by burpee box jump overs.
